Premiere: Mary J. Blige - Right Now

We've listened a lot to Mary J. Blige over the years and been waiting for a game change a bit. Her announcing new album The London Sessions was just perfect - recorded entirely in London with new UK acts. Lead single Right Now is co-written by Sam Smith, Jimmy Napes and Disclosure with production by the latter too and takes off where F For You left us earlier this year - but takes a more mellow route. Plus we're gettin' some 1992 Real Love vibes actually in the instrumentation- real nice! A lil' rough with a lotta heart and soul! The new album, her 13th, is out in November! Enjoy below! 

The Best of 2013: The Year In Music

We were gonna post our annual Best of list on Monday. But with the hurricane force winds and floodings (right outside our HQ) in Europe now is a good a time as any for some sweet beats! It's been another incredible year in music and we wanna say thank you for a true pleasure listening together with ya'll! Standouts for us has been the dreampop of Say Lou Lou, Sky Ferreira's debut album, the return of MKS, David Lynch working with Lykke Li, Blood Orange sending us into heaven and the return of both David Bowie and Annie. Well honestly, the whole list is a true statement of what we absolutely love with no particular ranking. We saw The Knife live front and center in May at their Copenhagen gig and have a memory for life. Sheer brilliance! The fact that M.I.A., Sky Ferreira and Annie shared links to this blog on Twitter is just nuts and amazing! Thank you so much! Last week we took part in the Digital Agenda for Music conference in Stockholm along with Robyn and representatives from the government, technology and music industry sectors. Eh, amazing! We cannot wait for what '14 has in store and continue to grow and bring you the most awesome beats around. Thank you and enjoy!

Premiere: Disclosure Feat. London Grammar - Help Me Lose My Mind

Super hyped brother duo Disclosure's debut album Settle is finally out and getting universal acclaim. On Help Me Lose My Mind, the album closer, which is out today they get help from rising trio London Grammar and they breathtakingly gorgeous voice of Hannah Reid. Over a gently pulsating dance beat she delivers what sounds like something making other singers cry into their pillow. Yes that good! Amazing work! Enjoy! PS. Disclosure Feat. Eliza Doolittle - You & Me - Premiere

Guy and Howard Lawrence a.k.a Disclosure have the big task of following up their huge and awesome UK #2 (UK #1 Dance) White Noise. Teaming up with Eliza Doolittle they have released another 90's flavoured banger - You & Me. Maybe not as direct of a smash as the former, but a sweet mellow beat and vocals out of this world. Enjoy! Disclosure Feat. AlunaGeorge - White Noise (Hudson Mohawke Remix)

Disclosure's and AlunaGeorge's massive UK #2 single White Noise gets a sweet low key remix by Scottish producer Hudson Mohawke. Where the original is bouncy n' flirty on the dance floor this one takes it to the after-party with some Earl Grey martini's and some makin' out dancing in the kitchen. Listen, listen!
