Video Premiere: House of Wallenberg Feat. Neneh Cherry & Ari Up - Real Woman

Hello summer anthem! We're proud to present the first look of House of Wallenberg's new video Real Woman! The fact that Neneh Cherry is featured on a dance oriented track once again is a dream come true! Over a hard dancehall flavoured beat Ari Up of The Slits fiery rap opens with Neneh's sickenin' talent kicking in at the soaring chorus. The early 90's tinged video features Petter himself and his badass crew kicking up a storm. We're definitely up for clubbing with these and have a vogue-off! Bring it on! Since Ari, who sadly died in October '10, and Neneh were best friends and worked together in the early 80's how awesome to have this as the biggest tribute possible. Also, House of Wallenberg's debut album Legends is getting rave reviews! Truly deserved! Enjoy the video belooow and show some luvin' on Spotify and iTunes. 

Premiere: Hot Chip - Dark & Stormy

Hot Chip just dropped their brand new one-off single Dark & Stormy! The official stream is here that is, with the actual release not set until 22nd of July! What the hell? Despite the title it's a sunny and airy track recorded at Club Ralph in London and features Charles Hayward of This Heat on drums. The characteristic chippy rock-disco-electro groove is still intact though! Listen below! Thoughts?

Premiere: David Lynch & Lykke Li - I'm Waiting Here

Two of our favourite artists just came together in the hugest way possible! Legendary David Lynch drops a new album this summer, The Big Dream, and on it features a bonus track with Lykke Li! The result I'm Waiting Here is CRAZY GOOD YA'LL and we're almost breaking our laptop typing this so quickly to get it out to you! It sounds like the direct link to David's AMAZING collaboration with Julee Cruise and Angelo Badalamenti. Perhaps a bit less dreamy and ethereal, but still. That jukebox and vintage feel paired with some truly eerie and perfect lyrcis and vocals. Enough typing, enjoy! PS. The pic of David was shot by Lykke herself!

Premiere: Pet Shop Boys - Vocal

The Pet Shop Boys have really tapped into something extraordinary setting up their own label, x2, and extending their collaboration with Stuart Price. Axis showed the way they were heading with it's sparse use of vocals and rave feel. Brand new single Vocal brings out the distinct Neil Tennant vocals in full force and it's such a joy to hear it. Like the sound of the future whilst embracing their club roots at the same time! The juxtaposition of the cool voice paired with the booming synths - we cannot even. So good! Their 12th album Electric will be released on July 15th and to say we're intrigued is an understatement. Bring it on! Welcome back to the future Neil and Chris!
