Premiere: Pet Shop Boys - Inner Sanctum

Yeeees! Pet Shop Boys announced today that they'll release brand new album Super on April 1st + it's produced by Stuart Price! WOW! First taster is the gorgeous praline called Inner Sanctum. Lovin' the minimal vibe and impeccable production. Ya can always count on PSB and SP to bring the beats and atmosphere. GAH. Dancing to this in a dimmed room is kinda mandatory this upcoming weekend. Video Premiere: Pet Shop Boys - Vocal

The Pet Shop Boys epic tribute to the late 80's and early 90's continues with the video for Vocal. Dutch film maker Joost Vandebrug has collected stock footage from raves and festivals and mixed them seamlessly with Stuart Price's bangin' music production. The result is a sweet moving postcard from a time that stirs up emotions in us. We were too young to be part of that scene, and it looks like so much fun! Enjoy below!

Premiere: Pet Shop Boys - Vocal

The Pet Shop Boys have really tapped into something extraordinary setting up their own label, x2, and extending their collaboration with Stuart Price. Axis showed the way they were heading with it's sparse use of vocals and rave feel. Brand new single Vocal brings out the distinct Neil Tennant vocals in full force and it's such a joy to hear it. Like the sound of the future whilst embracing their club roots at the same time! The juxtaposition of the cool voice paired with the booming synths - we cannot even. So good! Their 12th album Electric will be released on July 15th and to say we're intrigued is an understatement. Bring it on! Welcome back to the future Neil and Chris!

Pet Shop Boys - Axis - Premiere

Pet Shop Boys are back in a major way! The Stuart Price co-produced Axis just premiered in FULL and marks their first single EVER not to be released on Parlophone - say hello to x2, Chris and Neil's own label. Their 12th album Electric will be released on July 15th and is a return to form by the sounds of it. Also it's less introspective and more a full on rave at the nearest dance floor. Love the heavy synths and bass on this one and of course the DRUMS and robotic voice and the minimalistic use of it. Axis is the album opener and the duo wrote it in the studio drunk after an evening at a karaoke bar with the Price magic happening at a later stage. Awesomeness! So happy for this! Enjoooy below!

Tiga - Plush (Jacques Lu Cont + Ame Remixes)

Tiga's new single Plush gets some sweet lovin' by Stuart Price a.k.a Jacques Lu Cont and German electro duo Ame! The original's 80's Detroit nod gets updated in the former with an irresistible dance groove and in the latter we get a minimalistic eerie approach. Nice!  Listen belooow! Enjoy!
