Actually, Mimi would catch that break she sings about if the red hot twin duo had caught her ears on the radio back in 2005! The seamless mix of the songs drives us wild and we just wanna d.a.n.c.e even though we know the actual music is a bit somber. Mimi's next music project would benefit loads from an injection of fresh and a bit unexpected collaboration like this for real. Just imagine the awesomeness we'd get with a trio like Tegan and Sara and Mariah! Maybe even a brand new Mimi trademarked monster #1 spending 14 weeks at the US top and becoming the song of decade? Ellie Goulding's first ever UK #1 Burn gets some serious funky swag when paired with Daft Punk's latest single Lose Yourself To Dance. That sick Nile Rodgers guitar always gives us life and Ellie sounds more loosened up to really burn, burn, burn, burn. The organic disco sound really suits her style and vocal delivery! We love Pharell Williams original vox but after hearing Get Lucky everywhere the last six months it's very refreshing to hear this track with a new voice. The person behind is Norwegian producer Cosmic Dawn and we can't thank enough. Time to invest in some bell bottoms and platforms and d.a.n.c.e! Enjoy! 

Lorde VS. M.I.A. - Royal Planes

It makes perfect sense mashing Lorde and M.I.A. like this! Both have a status of being outsiders but at the same time being highly successful and marketable. The former's debut single Royals is currently at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 while the latter is gearing up for the release of her highly anticipated 4th album Matangi. Royals freshness and crisp vocals sounds amazing over M.I.A.'s Paper Planes (which heavily samples The Clash and Wreckx-n-Effect) bangin' cash machines and guns and the attitudes blend seamlessly. Mash-Up: TLC VS. The Knife - Creepy Heartbeats

TLC's classic (and first) Billboard #1 from '94 Creep is a legendary cheating anthem talking about a truly dysfunctional relationship. The frankness, harmonies and sampled horn section makes for a truly outstanding track. Equally enchanting and sick is of course The Knife's 2002 masterpiece Heartbeats that we honestly already know will listen to until our last breath, haha. This mash proves that it's not just Ashanti and Fat Joe who can get down with the Dreijer siblings. We absolutely love the honey R&B harmonies with the steely production of the music. It works so well and when Karin's voice hits us midway we definitely need some hands to lean on. A superb start to the weekend's shenanigans early from Nashville based Pimpdaddysupreme for sure.
