Lana Del Rey - Blue Velvet (Lindstrøm Remix)

Wow, Lana Del Rey gets treated to a night of dancing by Norway's finest Lindstrøm! Her version of Blue Velvet gets turned from a retro tinged number into a full blown electronic odyssey. At first we thought this 9 + minute remix missed out not using the full vocal track, but after a few spins the chopped and slowed down moans grew on us. Creepy and slow so obviously perfect in the Del Rey realm! Dance away! Thank you Michael!

Sky Ferreira - Sad Dream - Video Premiere

The first time we heard Sky Ferreira's Sad Dream off of her Ghost EP we were blown away. Definitely one of our favorites of the year! It's so mellow and honest. It's like Sky is reading a diary entry almost. A true pleasure to listen to! The video is equally as intriguing - and real eerie to watch. Talk about a disconnected family - we're thinking that's her dad. Just watching how they interact is so weird. Gorgeous shots and Americana front and center. Lovely (but creepy)!
