Premiere: Röyksopp & Robyn - Do It Again (Zoo Station Remix)

Röyksopp & Robyn unleashed their crazy awesome party anthem Do It Again upon the world and yeah it hurts so good, so let's do it again - one more time, let's do it again! Argh! Where's the nearest rave?! UK production team Zoo Station has had the amazing job to create the first remix and we're sure it's been so much fun since the original is so insanely hot. Toned down are some of the more complex undertones and we get a more to the point dance anthem. An analogy would be that sometimes you want a drink that takes a while to make and then drink, and other times you really, really want tequila shots and start the d.a.n.c.e. Listen below! Thoughts?

Where the gorgeous Monument is looking inward and contemplenting life Do It Again kicks life as we know it now and starts a rave on the dance floor. The full release is out May 26th and will feature 5 brand new tracks + we have the worldwide tour - how good is this summer gonna be?!

Röyksopp & Robyn are gearing up for their joint world tour this summer and here's the first taster of the new material. Monument  leads off their Do It Again mini album. The full release is out May 26th and will feature 5 brand new tracks. Seeing themselves as a trio right now the vibe is completely new and certainly plays like it too. We're mad for the dark and medative sound. It's rich and calm and you can hear all of them have been through experiences and have seen things that has deepened their perceptions. Lovely, lovely! Video Premiere: Neneh Cherry Feat. Robyn - Out Of The Black

Neneh Cherry and Robyn's Out Of The Black got some lo-fi visuals by Dario Vigorito to go with the minimalistic Four Tet production of the music and we love it. The whole package is rock hard cut-and-paste NTSC analog PAL realness. Neneh's opening verse of trying to mind her business so bad stuff she can't witness goes perfectly with the visuals. The blurred signals of yesteryear are brutally beaten up now with cold, hard HD reality. The quick clip of the Downing Street street sign sends that signal too. We're out of the black... but into what? Check it out below! Thoughts?

Premiere: Zhala - Prophet

Wanna go to a religious rave? Answer yes and head to a Stockholm one - chances are you'll bump into Zhala. She's the first act to be signed by Robyn to Konichiwa Records and that kinda feels like a major career firestarter. Prophet is the first release from that deal, and earlier tonight both performed it as the closing number at the Swedish Grammy Awards. We'll post that video later for sure! Zhala has previously toured with Lykke Li and in 2012 she released the bangin' Slippin' Around independently - a move that lead to Robyn falling in love with her sound. Prophet is a jungle of sounds, tempos and emotions. Closest we can describe in words without writing an essay is walking in a dark forest, hoping for light somewhere, and all of a sudden there is a green path opening up that leads to a glittering well of fresh water. But somewhere in the shadows next to it lurks three headed creatures that might wanna take you to the nearest rave and buy you spiked coffee - or bite your head off. Listen below! Thoughts?   

Update: Here's the video of Zhala's TV debut with Robyn at the Swedish Grammy Awards last night! They found inspiration in the 1991 utter classic video to Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit. Love the mix of people and the badass vibe of it all. Get it Zhala!
