Video Premiere: MØ - Kamikaze

MØ is having a blast this year and it comes across in her video to Kamikaze. We recognize her aesthetics but they're amped up for sure. Lean On, her collaboration with Diplo and DJ Snake was her definitive breakthrough and the former has made her new sound more accessible. That's all good and we want the Danish maiden to reach as many people as possible. We weren't crazy about losing her unique sound but hey, this is good, too. And the rowdy visuals really help the song to unfold itself. Watch below! Thoughts?

Premiere: MØ - Kamikaze

MØ's debut album from last year - No Mythologies To Follow is one for the history books, so damn perfect. Love it! This year both her and Diplo along with DJ Snake really struck gold working together on the mega hit Lean On. The first two worked together first time on No Mythologies' XXX 88 and here we have a new jam from 'em! Kamikaze sounds more like a follow up to their mega hit than anything from the debut album. No surprise perhaps after over a billion streams on Spotify + half a billion streams of the video. We like the rowdy feel that to us represents MØ's persona and we hope to have more sharp edges like in past on her next release. Listen below + don't miss the cool interview! Thoughts?   

Premiere: Major Lazer Feat. MØ - Lost (Frank Ocean Cover)

Oh, oh! Major Lazer & MØ continue to be on a roll together! After scoring their US #9 Lean On with DJ Snake earlier this year we were hoping they would! Their cover of Frank Ocean's amazing Lost is makes for a snack to tide us over 'til we have new Ocean material in our life. Where the original is more organic and soulful, this is more a party anthem filled with drum machines, vocoder and a lil' steel drumming. It's fun and flirty and we don't being a tad lost until FRANK releases a new album. Enjoy! 

Premiere: Beyoncé - drunk n luv (diplo remix)

Yeah! Yoncé n Diplo are too drunkk to spell so we present drunk n luv, da remix. If you plan on gettin' real drunk tonite and grind up on anyone just happening to be standing next to you - this is for ya'll. We have a feeling Jay-Z is sleeping in the bathtub as he is nowhere to be found on this mix either. We really like the distorted sound and messy feeling we get from hearing it, haha. Like 4am and too many drinks getting busy, busy, busy at a house party dancing in the living room thinking you're one hot piece of surfboardt. Below is the dance we're talking about. It also happens to be our favourite moment from the Beyoncé era! Enjoy! 

Premiere: Sia Feat. The Weeknd & Diplo - Elastic Heart

Love Sia penned songs but it's for sure a huge treat when she sings them herself as well to say the least! She become quite the soundtrack queen as well - Elastic Heart if for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and features The Weeknd's honey soaked voice and Diplo's sick beats! The blend of all this talent just makes it a joy to listen to.
