Released in 2003 it was a big hit and still stands as her most current UK #1 single. The pulsating electro original is tailor made for dancing slowly to and perhaps grind a lil', haha. This killer bootleg though by Russian duo MAJENTA amps it up and at the same pitch down KM's vocals. The result is a super hot deep house treatment with a tight production that is m a d e for dancing to in a sweaty basement holding on to the cold beer for dear life and waiting for the word slow to kick in! Premiere: Kylie Minogue - Into The Blue

Kylie Minogue has been warming up her new era for a good eight months now and here's the first real taster! Into The Blue is written by seasoned US songwriter Kelly Sheehan and plays like part EDM stadium belter and part self-empowerment anthem. This baby serves as the lead track from KM's 12th studio album, out later this year. The official single release is March 12th which seems awfully far away in modern pop terms. The Visage 1980 masterpiece Fade To Grey is truly a song for the ages. That keyboard riff will never grow old and moldy for sure. If it did it'd be penicillin, haha. How we wish we could have been around for the Blitz Kids movement where Visage's frontman Steve Strange was a central figure as the host at the influential Blitz club. The new romantics era was such an insanely creative period in music! Written by members of Ultravox and released in November 1980 it really became a benchmark and blueprint for what the 80's would sound like. This edit by Italian disc jockey Italo Brutalo plays like it's a long lost dub from the original vinyl. It's teases and extends and makes us crave mooore, right now! Instant gratification needed! We're so gonna have this, the original and the Kylie Minogue mash-up on repeat tonight! Enjoy!

Three weeks ago we were looking for some warmth in Kylie Minogue's new American project. Skirt sadly comes across as hard and calculated and we couldn't even post the teaser video - she deserves way better than that! Lo and behold - some warmth! Awesome producer Switch dresses KM's skirt in some groovy beats bordering on chill music - and it's such welcome turn. Gone is that hard busy shine and replaced with some fun and a sunny organic disco beat. It's even evoking that legendary Loose Joints - Arthur Russell sound!
