Premiere: Kylie Minogue - Skirt

Kylie Minogue signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation late last year after 25 years with the same management. The first track after this move just dropped! Skirt is written by The-Dream, the man behind Rihanna's Umbrella and Beyoncé's Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) and Scottish Breakbeat DJ Chris Elliott a.k.a Nom De Strip. Over a dirty beat KM talks about a wild night and what happened when she got home. While this looks like it could be a demo/remix we're getting some Donna Summer's Love To Love You Baby for the future vibes hearing this. We had no idea what to expect from her new sound but by this preview Sex Kylie from her Did It Again video is in full force. From the initial listen we're thinking it'll probably make club DJ's very happy, but it feels a bit hard and calculated, lacking in warmth. Here's hoping future releases showcases her funny and warm side too!

Kylie Minogue - Flower - Video Premiere

There's no denying Kylie Minogue is a true class act. She can pretty much take any material and make it elegant! Her new orchestral single Flower was originally written by KM and her long time musical partner Steve Anderson for the X album. It didn't make the cut but became a fan live favourite during the KylieX2008 tour. We're glad it's seeing a wider release now as it comes across as very personal and raw. Nice to hear something without a heavy production behind it. It's the voice front and center with a lush orchestral setting behind her. The video follows with its black & white theme and simple styling. Real nice! Her new album The Abbey Road Sessions drops on October 24th and contains 15 classic KM tracks in an orchestral setting to celebrate her 25 years in music. Check it out belooow! Thoughts?

KM is not wasting any time with her new single Timebomb. Nice! She premiered the video after getting 25.000 Timebomb tweets from fans + put it on iTunes for sale the same second. Tonight she already live premiered it in front of 11 million viewers at BBC The Voice. Someone's done their lesson after the lackluster single promotions for Aphrodite. But let's look into the future! Kylie even donned DAT DRESS! She's the only one on the planet who can wear a cut out dress UNDER a pair of cut off jeans, no underwear and not look a complete mess, haha. Love it. Have a looook beloooow!
