Glass & Patron is a wonderful mix of style, substance and naturally a sick and disjointed beat set to amazing choreography and stunning visuals. Miami producer Nuri sets the scene even further by going into a dark and feverish mode in this sicknin' bootleg. New FKA twigs we all know by now means a massive treat both sonically and visually! Her new track Glass & Patron is lifted from her upcoming EP3 and the self-directed video is her submission for the '15 Youtube Music Awards (#YTMA). And yas, hashtag #hashtag - this track had a sneak premiere as part of her amazing #throughglass for Google Glass in October last year. Sonically G&P reminds us of Aphex Twin and we love the voguing references lyrically. The visuals is a smorgasbord of a spooky forest, givin' a hardcore birth to veils and talk about voguing - hell yes this is a vogue-off if there ever was any. She truly comes across as an otherworldly being and we love it. Now, hold that pose for her!

FKA twigs' pensive tale about her days as a backup Video Girl is one of the highlights of her LP1 debut album. Also, who the hell can forget the video treatment?! Producer Harry Jen puts an almost jazzy fusion spin on the original track and changes the mood completely. Yas, the stuttering vocals makes it a twigsy track for sure but the music, the music! It sounds almost Brand New Heavies-ish. Say what?! Go grab the DL below and do a lil' patented FKA move to it! Thoughts?

We're still having FKA twigs' amazing Two Weeks on repeat ovah here. Something about it is strangely soothing and sinister at the same time. Hypnotizing would be a word to use, too. This bootleg by mysterious Kaxton, who describes their style as Fresh As Shit Tunes, infuses some *tropical* flavourings into the mix and we absolutely love it. The darkness of the original is paired with a sunnier approach and the mix is addictive. Like a sweet drink with a hit of dark rum that shakes you up. Quench dat thirst FKA KAXTON! Two Weeks of Money Power Glory takes the very essence of each track and combines them. FKA's stellar vocal production is so distinct, to hear it over a Del Rey patented beat is just magic. Lana's organic darkness is of course perfect as the backdrop to the stuttering high goodness of the $hit twigs is dealing. Both original tracks speaks directly to (putting it mildly) a love interest about wanting something really badly and getting high from it. Higher than a motherfucker from dope and diamonds... Another stellar job Stuart Mauck!
