Premiere: CHVRCHES - Leave A Trace (Goldroom Remix)

CHVRCHES and their electro pop gem Leave A Trace meet up with Goldroom to party and we absolutely love it. The added tropical groove and building on the already existing stellar elements is just ace. The build up is just ridiculous and we're getting hand claps and the clipped vocal from Lauren Mayberry is just perfect here. TOO DAMN GOOD folks and perfect for NYE! ENJOY!  

Premiere: Sia - Cheap Thrills

Sia's on a roll with her This Is Acting album era's singles! We're having Cheap Thrills on absolute repeat this weekend and with good reason - it's so fun! We love how she's taken a breather from the dramatic and decided to go clubbing on the cheap side with some heavy dancing for good measure. Life ain't all about serious stuff ya know, it's so important to have fun, too. Cheap Thrills is fun and flirty with a fluffy production and vocals that we actually can manage to sing along to, haha. We sure wanna go out clubbing with you Sia! 

Best of '15: The Year In Music

Wow, 2015 has really flown by - at least to us! We are having so much fun listening to hot beats and writing this blog and wanna thank you for being right there with us! THANK YOU! This year we've been listening to a ton of amazing breaking artists - Jones, Elias, Kacy Hill, the list goes on & on. We got a brand new album from Róisín Murphy - the first in 8 years and Björk produced the mother of all breakup albums and took us on an emotional journey through icy barren land. We met Little Boots in Copenhagen and it was a true pleasure - so nice + she gave us a sneak peek of her then upcoming (awesome) album. Introducing: P'ARIS - Focus

Canadian duo P'ARIS is quickly on the rise and no wonder - they sound simply irresistible! On new song Focus we're getting new singer WILLA on vocals and synth pop heaven as a backdrop. Her vocals are super tight and despite the lyrical content being on the dark side her tone is so bright and airy. The music is so catchy and truly sparkles + the production value is ridiculous - so good! ENJOY! 

Premiere: Emmy The Great - Dance w Me

Emmy The Great chose her stage name wisely - she is just that, great (and some). Born in Hong Kong, based in London and later setting up camp in L.A and then heading to Brooklyn - NICE. Dance w Me is the lead single to her upcoming album Second Love, out March '16. We adore the mellow and relaxing vibe of this first taster. She sounds so focused and it's a joy to listen. The electronic groove that gets cuts through by that steely guitar and the layering of the vocals. It's all too much goodness but we'll take it! Enjoy!
