Róisín Murphy goes mad in her self-directed video to Hairless Toys standout track Evil Eyes. We love it! She's such a multi talent and how amazing it would be to watch a feature film written, directed, starring Ró with the soundtrack made her as well! She seems to draw inspiration from legendary Swedish film maker Ingmar Bergman and the visuals truly are stunning. From the on point styling to the camera angles and the set design + how she portrays the charachter. Not to mention the brilliant family portrait! The track has such a cool vibe to it and it makes perfect sense to become kooky by all this talent! Enjoy!

Róisín Murphy is out on the road and played the Berlin Festival over the weekend. What a treat to be able to listen to it! She sounds ace of course and her band is sooo tight. A pleasure to realise how vast her catalogue is and that she mixes her solo stuff with her club collaborations and throws in some Moloko and makes it sound so effortless and seamless. Love it! Róisín Murphy is on a roll and her stellar Hairless Toys album (us opening our signed copy) is receiving universal acclaim + she's on tour! For BBC Radio 6 Ró treats us to orchestral arrangements signed Eddie Stevens of Unputdownable and Exploitation + chats with Nemone about this era and life on the road. Too nice! These versions would sound amazing in a church setting we thinks at a midnight show. Very experimental but also a huge and great nod to classical music with Ró's warm voice bringing everything together. Listen below! Premiere: Róisín Murphy - Exile + Hairless Toys Album Sampler

Miss Róisín Murphy drops her hotly anticipated album (first in 8 years) Hairless Toys in exactly one week on the 11th. The reviews are starting to come in and no surprise but they are stellar. Judging by the album sampler it's no wonder - it sounds unique and like a forest of sounds but held together by that distinct voice. Also, Unputdownable is our new favourite word - and the track just seems incredible. TUNE. Brand new track Exile was released today and makes us think of Twin Peaks. Premiere: Róisín Murphy - Exploitation (Alan Fitzpatrick & Falco Benz Remixes)

On point! Róisín Murphy's too cool for school single Exploitation is a treat with its slow pulsating groove and sharp production. UK club producer Alan Fitzpatrick turns the already lengthy track into an odyssey of sounds and landscapes. It turns and twists and leaves us hypnotized with its drive and minimal production. It's a twisted listen hearing Ró whisper over the harder club beat. Love it! The Falco Benz treatment is equally as thrilling. It's wonderfully light and airy with a wonderful party feel to it. Ain't nuttin' bettah than shaking your money maker to an intelligent dance track! Hairless Toys - the album is out May 11!
