Premiere: Karen Harding - Say Something (Zac Samuel Remix)

Karen Harding's stellar debut single Say Something had us stuck on repeat with its badass retro house sound and amazing vocals last month. Yeah! We're happy to see that Brighton based producer Zac Samuel turns out a superb nu-disco treatment much like the one he did for Kiesza earlier this year. Awesome piano, infectious bassline and classic drum machine power for days. It's a tight production and really makes us wanna d.a.n.c.e stat! Enjoooy!

Premiere: Lauren Flax Feat. Kim Ann Foxman - Pleasure Principle (Janet Jackson Cover)

Hell yes! Lauren Flax and Kim Ann Foxman takes on Janet Jackson's classic 1987 single The Pleasure Principle from the Control album and infuses with their deep house magical goodness! Too nice! Sigmund Freud's 1920's psychology term set to a contemporary dance beat we fully stand (well, dance) behind. And the powah of JJ naturally! The production is airy and tight plus incredibly addicitive - we're instantly hooked! As a bonus we get a KAF remix that adds an ever deeper groove plus a free download of the bangin' Eli Escobar treatment. Very awesome indeed. Happy weekend!

Stream: Kiesza - No Enemiesz

Amazing Kiesza is on a massive roll right now. Playing summer festivals to rave reviews and hitting #1 in the UK with her debut Hideaway that hit 100 million views on youtube last week. She'll be releasing debut album Sound of a Woman on October 21st and on top of things she's written for Rihanna that has already recorded it for her next album. Very nice! It seems that her Hideaway single was hiding a major gem too. No Enemiesz was originally found as a b-side on the UK promo CD. This one simply has to go on the full length album. It showcases her awesome knack for master melodies and retro 90's club sound plus sounds fresh as all hell. And her oooh aaah's gets joined by an awesome new hook! Enjoooy! Thank you Raphza!

Premiere: Karen Harding - Say Something (Wookie Remix)

Karen Harding has been on firm repeat here all week with her stunning debut Say Something. It's a home run for sure and MNEK's slightly dirty house production really makes our heart pound faster. UK garage legend Wookie turns this gem into a sleek and shiny treat filled with a brand new bassline and a sound that is teleported straight from 1994. Nice! The new elements are more exuberant and really complements Karen's crazy good voice. We must stress however we're crazy nuts about the original production and its more dark side too. This is a perfect way to start yer weekend - play both versions back to back. We might have a dance off in a bit... *death drops*

Introducing: Karen Harding - Say Something

Say hello to Newcastle based Karen Harding and don't just stand there - Say Something more! Ain't nothing like finding a debut single that just stops you dead in your tracks. Well in this case, makes you dance in those tracks! We're lovin' the retro house feel paired with a contemporary groove, a mega groove here. It's rich, bold and lush - Karen's voice is just spot on and takes it to church, making it impossible to not say something. It's wonderful! She's in amazing company too. Her debut is co-written and produced by MNEK and will be released on Disclosure's home label Method Records. Niiiice. Amazing start and we so wanna hear more kinda right now! Enjoy below!
