Banksy does The Simpsons

Legendary enfant terrible artist Banksy put his tag on The Simpson's last night when his intro aired in the US in what has to be an amazing cover up for the story not to leak in advance. Creating a dark and haunting world full of broken dreams where slave workers manufacture Simpson's products. We love that the suits over at FOX agreed to air this. Kudos! Commercial minds meet an iconic artist and provocateur.

Pag - The Lady Is Dead - Short Film

This totally made our day, and it's not even 11am! The short film The Lady Is Dead, directed by Roy Raz encapsulates everything we like; art, fashion, great music and humor. We're madly in love with The Irrepressibles and their superb track In This Shirt. The song and film create synergy like never before seen. Amazing. Thanks Rafael.

Louise Bourgeois 25/12 1911- 31/5 2010

Our favourite artist Louise Bourgeois died today in her home in New York, aged 98. When we heard the news we were saddened but Mme Bourgeois had such an amazing life we need to celebrate it by looking at some of her work tonight and not be sad. We are so happy we got to see the retrospective at the MoMA in Los Angeles last year. Mme Bourgeois is truly on of the greatest artists ever and the juxtaposition of masculine and feminine elements in her art will live on forever both in her work and in the ones that she inspires.
