Growing up in front of MTV in the early 90's you could count on one video always being on heavy rotation on late nights - Adamski and Seal's insanely flawless Killer. That bassline! Those rough vocals. Argh, it's perfection. 2:54 sisters Hannah and Colette Thurlow are currently supporting The xx on tour and their version contains DNA strains of their xx relationship. Carly Rae Jepsen - This Kiss - Premiere

Carly Rae Jepsen has had the daunting task of creating a follow up to her mega blockbuster summer single Call Me Maybe. Where to go? Well we applaud the decision to head into more mature territory. This Kiss sounds more like a modern take on 80's Belinda Carlisle than another Disney radio smash. After all in this one she does more than wanting someone to call her..maybe! She at least goes to first base! Give it a few weeks and everyone will be singing it, haha. Also, you can thank LMFAO’s Redfoo & Carly's boyfriend Matthew Koma as well for the groove since they helped produce!

Taken By Trees - Large - Premiere

We love it when artists sweep us of our feet and make our heart explode from joy. This is the case with Victoria Bergsman a.k.a Taken By Trees. In 2009 she traveled to Pakistan with musical partner Andreas Söderström and recorded 9 tracks with local musicians. The result was simply beautiful! Now based in Los Angeles she's soon returning with her third solo album Other Worlds, produced by fellow Swede Henning Fürst of The Tough Alliance. We're absolutely crazy about Large, the Middle Eastern and reggae influences are just gorgeous and Victoria's voice truly shimmers with a mesmerizing dim light on it. From earlier this summer we get Dreams, an airy and guitar driven track that makes us think of floaty summer days. Have a listen belooow. Other Worlds is out October 2nd!

Missy Elliott Feat. Timbaland - 9th Inning - Preview

Two of our musical heroes of the late 90's and early 00's are Missy Elliott and Timbaland. Their beats are beyond legendary! Enough said even. 9th Inning marks their return together and M's album Block Party looks set for a December 18th release. It's 7 years since her The Cookbook album, with us jammin' to Lose Control every day for like 2 months, haha. This new track is old school Tim and Missy, stripped back beat with some serious flow. That piano is so dramatic + it's refreshing not to hear an Ibiza beat under the rap, *cough, cough*. Welcome back Missy!
