Björk - Crystalline - Artwork!

We blogged about the new single from Björk - Crystalline - the other day. Here's the official artwork by Paris based M/M and shot by brilliant photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. We're crazy about this photo! So beautifully and well executed and we cannot wait to see more takes from this shoot! It feels both futuristic and primordial. Björk - Crystalline - New Single + Omar Souleyman Remix!

Words cannot express how happy we got hearing the full version of Björk's upcoming single Crystalline! It's out next weeeeek but leaked just now! Recorded on an iPad it feels like old school heavy Björk beats paired with the Icelandic harmonies we love. And the ending is just pure insanity of joy and 90's break beats! We also got real excited about the Syrian musician Omar Souleyman's remix. It's so awesome we cannot contain ourselves, haha. The clip looks like so much fun! Omar has released 500 albums under his own name, and is so productive, makes a perfect fit for Björk! Stream and like below! Enjoy!

We love Björk and her way of fusing the old with the new - creating something unique;

we gutted my old celeste and replaced the notes with custom made bronze notes and made it midi-compatible so it could be played remotely by an ipad

So looking forward to Biophilia!
