Premiere: Annie - Invisible

Annie and Richard X are not messing around with their A&R EP! In fact it's starting to sound like a wig snatching soundtrack! After releasing some sweet tasters earlier this month they drop Invisible. Over a harder more industrial beat we're getting whispered lyrics and a down pitched Annie, (a.k.a Mannie) kinda in the vein of The Knife. Sweetness! Also, the old school hand claps, shimmering synths and sick drum machine makes us wanna rip our clothes off and d.a.n.c.e harder, better, faster, stronger! The full EP drops on Monday, the 29th! 

Premiere: Annie - Hold On

...and just like that summer got a whole lot sweeter. We're so curious for the new Annie and Richard X EP, yes, the A & R EP, hehe. Back Together earlier this month with its 8-bit sound had us break out the 1984 Nintendo and here we have Hold On. Playing like a classic 12" it makes sense why the cover art even has an imprint off a well played vinyl record. The house piano, synths and those patented airy, layered vocals makes for a perfect summer of d.a.n.c.e and who wouldn't wanna have Annie to comfort you when you're sad? Right?! Like they say in Norway; kjempeflott!  

Premiere: Annie - Back Together

So much Annie goodness lately! Today she made the huge announcement that she's reconnected with Richard X for a full 5 track release called The A&R EP. Since they did Chewing Gum together that's brilliant and insane news! Before we could even process this kinda news; here comes first taster Back Together written by Little Boots! It's a fuzzy, stirring track with 8-bit influences, house, italo, 80's, 90's, you name it! What ever you want - you can get it heeeere! Enjoy below! Thoughts?

Video Premiere: Ralph Myerz Feat. Annie - Take A Look At The World

Ralph Myerz and Annie's Röyksopp co-produced single Take A Look At The World had us all jumping up and down in April. Now, finally, the video is heeeere! The wonderful Annie travels the world by car and hopefully her friends Erlend, Svein and Torbjørn are waiting for her when she arrived for some dancing and drinks! Erlend Sellevold's album Super Sonic Pulse (under his Ralph Myerz name) is out now! Enjoy! 

Annie - Tube Stops and Lonely Hearts - Video Premiere

Huuge week! Not one but two new full tracks from Norway's finest Annie! Tube Stops and Lonely Hearts has been in the works for a while now so we're super excited to finally be able to hear it. It's a lo-fi (480 video resolution and all) hommage to early 90's rave and club culture. The minimalistic production with its retro value is really gorgeous.
