Wow, talk about a smorgasbord of awesome beats! Hercules and Love Affair's dramatic I Try To Talk To You is one of the absolute highlights for us on brand new album The Feast of the Broken Heart. John Grant's voice is so damn perfect and incredible. The word emotive only touches the surface to say the least. There's a depth and urgency that really touches us. On the remix EP we get some really nice treatments that ranges from a hot n' intense NYC house remix from Seth Troxler, a dissonant and lovely Morgan Geist anthem and finally Viennese deep house from Ha-Ze Factory. Kiesza has seen her stellar debut single Hideaway explode upon impact. Yesterday she hit #1 on the UK singles chart, the official stream on Soundcloud is almost at 2 millon plays and her instantly iconic video is almost at 5 million views and being spoofed by BBC Radio 1. Wow! Some super hit! We love her old school 90's feel and energy for sure. Isis Salam Feat. Kruse & Nuernberg - Let Go

We have spent many a night dancing in London and Los Angeles and can't resist a hot beat. Thunderheist's Jerk It is one of our faves from the last 5-6 years and how awesome to hear this. Isis Salam, the vocalist of that very now defunct duo has relocated from Toronto to Berlin and is digging down into the deep house scene there with production duo Kruse & Nuernberg. The beat is made to be blasted at huge warehouse parties and the flow of the rhyme is sick. Just like the Azealia Banks mixtape we're getting some strong Bahamadia vibes! Adina Howard's 1995 debut single, the get ur freak on anthem Freak Like Me paved the way for people in 90's hip hop like Lil' Kim and Foxy Brown to talk openly about their own sexual preferences on their debut albums. Also, it opened up for others like Toni Braxton to show off a more sexual side then they had previously been able to as R&B artists. In 2002 it brought Sugababes back to the limelight when they released their bangin' cover. That's a whole lotta freakness to come out! L.A based producer Sleepy Cat gives it a freaky and glorious deep house treatment and we love it. The pitched down vocals bring out a sinister quality which is amazing. Adina sounds like she's ready to jump out from the speakers, take us down to the underworld and get our inner freaky devil out. The music production is real awesome, so smoove.
