Free Download: HAIM - If I Could Change Your Mind (The Knocks Remix)

HAIM's ode to wishing to changing an ex's mind If I Could Change Your Mind just keeps on giving. This time it's NYC duo The Knocks who asked the sisters themselves if they could remix it. Nice! Twisting the original's 80's power radio anthem qualities into a shimmering house anthem is sick and will be given multiple spins over here. The down pitched stuttering vocals add depth and makes the house-y beat really shine on top. Sweet! Enjoy below and grab the .mp3 here!

Premiere: HAIM - If I Could Change Your Mind (MK Remix)

We've had HAIM's excellent If I Could Change Your Mind video on repeat since last week. Plus we got to dance to it out on Friday night. Nice! We're really into the vibe of bittersweet regret but wanting to dance, dance, dance anyway somehow. The juxtaposition of sadness and party makes it work its magic and here's a remix to push it even further. Marc Kinchen puts his 90's sound and house piano to good use and cranks up the volume a few notches. The intro alone promises a good time. The first verse makes you long for an anthemic chorus... Listen below! Also, don't miss the Giorgio Moroder remix of Forever!

Premiere: Haim - Forever (Giorgio Moroder Remix)

Super hyped sister trio Haim meet legendary producer Giorgio Moroder in the remix to Forever. The original mix with its organic and vibrant sound gets serious competition from an exquisite dance beat and full on Moroder vocorder realness! We love the clipped vocal style paired with that fantastic piano and drum machine programming too. Imagine a full on collaboration on the next Haim album. The best of both worlds meeting for a full on jam session. Nice! Thoughts?
