Birdy - Shelter (The xx Cover)

Say hello to Jasmine Van den Bogaerde aka Birdy a multi talented 15 y.o awesome girl who will blow up in the charts the next few years. We love The xx, but her cover of Shelter takes it to a whole new level. Holy crap, it's so good! We love her voice, and her piano skills are epic. She learned to play piano at the age of five, and began writing her own music at the age of 7. In 2008, at the age of 12, she won Open Mic UK, both the under 18's category and the Grand Prize, against 10,000 other competitors. Chills down our spine from her voice! Dakota Fanning by Juergen Teller for Marc Jacobs - Oh, Lola!

Dakota Fanning is the face for Marc Jacobs new perfume Oh, Lola! - campaign shot (naturally) by Juergen Teller. As Dakota is 17 we're guessing they're trying to provoke a bit by having her pose with that massive bottle near her crotch? Says Marc:

“We recolored the bottle and changed the juice. This Lola is more of a Lolita than a Lola, but we weren’t going to call the fragrance Lolita. Lola is more seductive; Oh, Lola is sensual, but she’s sweeter.”

Yeah, yeah, just call it what it is! Lolita! Why be shy about it? We personally think that polka dot dress is a nightmare, and the pink is really overwhelming. Not very subtle? No!

Björk - Gameleste - Biophilia Update!

We love Björk and her way of fusing the old with the new - creating something unique;

we gutted my old celeste and replaced the notes with custom made bronze notes and made it midi-compatible so it could be played remotely by an ipad

OK, confession time! We have a huge soft spot for men and women with guitars and black and white photos of themselves. It rarely works out to date them, but they are oh so charming in smaller doses. No wonder we like William Fitzsimmons and Beautiful Girl! His voice is magical. He's so hot too! Anyone out there that has experience kissing someone with that full on type of beard? Nice?

Siná - Popular - New Single!

Siná from Denmark is releasing his debut single Popular this week. He seems to be a very secretive guy as we haven't found ANY info on him online apart from this lyrics video. He's singing about a very popular girl with a huge following on Twitter and a nice ass. And autotuned. Also, it sounds like Chris Brown could've recorded it.
