Premiere: Say Lou Lou - Better In The Dark

Twins Miranda and Elektra Kilbey a.k.a Say Lou Lou have had a hectic year to say the least. After releasing the wonderful debut single Maybe You and touring extensively they started their own label, à Deux Records, for superb follow up Julian/Fool Of Me to much acclaim. Now it's time for their major label debut! Better In The Dark will be released via Columbia Records on November 25th as a double A-side vinyl (and download) along with a currently unreleased track - Beloved. Thankfully their gorgeous dream pop is left unchanged and the bombastic drums are perhaps even more devastatingly beautiful this time around. Judging by all this amazing music their debut album, slated for early 2014, will be an epic one!

Under the watchful eyes of NYC duo The Chainsmokers, Sydney based Lancelot and Stockholm's HNNY we get a mix of some fierce beats ranging from straight up d.a.n.c.e to a bit more lounge feel. Nice! Say Lou Lou Feat. Chet Faker - Fool of Me - Premiere

Wow, this is an absolutely stunning track! Say Lou Lou's gorgeous single Julian is out and on it comes a Chet Faker collaboration - Fool of Me as the b-side. The dream pop mode is achingly beautiful and Chet's deep voice is a sharp contrast to Miranda and Elektra's that we just love. If they consider this to be casual flip side material we simply cannot wait for the debut album. Flawless comes to mind! The only thing is we'd love to her more Faker vocals on there, but that's a small thing as the bigger aspect is just perfect. Enjoy!

Swedish-Australian twins Miranda and Elektra Kilbey a.k.a Say Lou Lou have started their own label - à Deux records and first up is their breathtaking Julian, out May 6th. The original mix is impeccable and Seattle based DJ Sango fresh off the heels of his The Weeknd collaboration takes it to a grittier, darker area with clipped vocals and an urgent throbbing sense of not everything being OK with Julian. We've had the original mix of Say Lou Lou's breathtakingly gorgeous single Julian on repeat the last few weeks. It's crazy good! Here comes Parisian DJ Monsieur Adi and sets it to a French house beat! Awesome! Nothing says 'I love you' like doing so on a dance floor and kissing under the strobe lights. Enjoy!
