Free Download: Björk - I See Who You Are (Cobalt Rabbit Redux)

Björk's Volta album is the basis for really awesome bootleg remixes some 7 years after its release. Nice! Remember this one?! Too good! ...and here we are again. Florida based Michael Gold a.k.a Cobalt Rabbit has tweaked album track no. 5 I See Who You Are, which features Chinese pipa player Min Xiaofen, into a glorious trip hop state. We've always liked the lyrics and vocal delivery and the added loops and drums here really makes 'em shine. Since Björk is singing about celebrating the flesh and bones and enjoy it fully before turning into a corpse with the pipa playing - it's so intricate having this new synthetic background adding volume and drive. Futuristic and very cool - we love it! How superb would it be to have the next Guðmundsdóttir album set to a harder club beat - we'd totally be up for enjoying our body, flesh & bones and all, sweat to that one in a heartbeat.
