Video Premiere: iamamiwhoami - tap your glass

Our first thought was that Jonna Lee and her iamamiwhoami are on a vacation getting some swimming and sun rays on. It kinda looks like it no?! The video to tap your glass is a tropical dream perfect for the steel drums deep down in the song mix. It wouldn't be a pantented iam video without the stuff on her head and the dreamy sequences with the water both looking friendly and like a big enemy ready to engulf; and is that ice she's holding? The track opens with a club beat and then shines on along with the tropical sun. The new album BLUE is out on November 10th and promises to be an audiovisual experience. Cool, cool! Thoughts?  

Premiere: iamamiwhoami - vista

iamamiwhoami continues her epic slay odyssey with new single vista. The intro sounds as mysterious and gorgeous and then the piercing synths kick in and sinks its hooks into us. Jonna Lee's voice is as mesmerizing and soaring as ever and the bassline like thunder. Enjoy below, we're sure there's a stunning video just around the corner! 

Premiere: iamamiwhoami - hunting for pearls

We had to Shazam iamamiwhoami's brand new single hunting for pearls just to make sure. Something just seems very different no? Her voice and the vibe seems to have changed a bit. According to our trusty app this is a genuine track though! The intro gives us a bit Kraftwerk vibes and then the 80's style drum machine kicks in and we're heading deep down into the ocean. Floating in a sea of synthesizers with shadows of creatures singing opera and caressing us with their fins. We can't shake that she sounds very different somehow. Brand new era at the bottom of the ocean with some scale realness? Thoughts?

Video Premiere: iamamiwhoami - fountain

We last saw iamamiwhoami delivering her goods and this brilliant remix. Thankfully Jonna Lee is back with a fountain of gorgeous dream pop beats, heavenly vocals and some truly stunning visuals. The song plays like wistful sliver of hope after a stormy time at sea. Her time on the ocean filled with dolphins and secrets fits in perfectly. The imagery of a trapped fish near the water, a lone boat and that amazing sunset tells the tale all too well almost. Such a sweet return! The single is out now and we're hoping for a full album to follow later this year. Thoughts?

Kickstarting the week with some The Irrepressibles x iamamiwhoami goodness. Almost too good to be true! Jonna Lee and her gang takes this powerful song and twists it into an anthem that makes magical creatures head to the nearest disco in that enchanted forest of theirs.
