Introducing: LILAC PIN - Easy

Say halò to Glaswegian duo LILAC PIN and their amazing n' hypnotizing debut Easy. It sounds seamless and effortless, yet it's intricate with a lot going on. Like Tori Amos had called up Crystal Castles for nights of creativity fuelled by mutual passion and red wine. We love how the organic meets the synthetic for a swirling dance in a dark forest with beaming light from the city nearby. The lyrcis read like they were written by a gothic 17th century writer and then forgotten in an abandoned mansion and then unearthed just in time for this song to happen. There's a restraint in the vocals that we love too. Like she's holding back secrets longing to be told. Very nice debut indeed - we wanna hear more for sure. Thoughts?

Introducing: Twiggy Lashes. - Dunes

Say hello to Twiggy Lashes. and their wonderful and chilled Dunes. Singer Sami Freeman is based in L.A and producer Jad Lee on the Sunshine Coast in Australia so they share their ideas via video chat. Judging by the pic they do spend time together too! Whetever they're doing it's definitely rubbing us the right way and we love it. The atmosphere is airy and it's like walking on a sunny day looking up at a clear sky and jumping in the sand dunes. The slow and emotive piano gives us goose bumps from pleasure. We're thinking the vocals must be sent from another dimension surely? They are wonderful and the layering is incredible - creating a shimmering wall of sounds and emotions. Top marks! Grab the download below and let it seduce your senses!

Introducing: Lanks - Green Light

Say g'day to Will Cuming a.k.a Lanks and his superb track Green Light. Based in Melbourne he usually fronts seven-piece band Farrow and their brand of high energy pop. This sidestep is so chilled and we love that it sounds so effortless and so intricate. The atmosphere starts off like taking a night swim, look up at the stars and contemplate life. The end is a boost that makes us think of hitting a cold current and rushing up to the warmth of a blanket, thinking and longing...  We love and wanna mention the unnamed voice creating a wonderful dynamic in the song too. Very awesome! Thoughts?

Introducing: Allie X - Catch

Say hello to Allie X and her incredibly catchy debut single Catch. (No pun intended!) She hails from Toronto but relocated to L.A to dive into the electro scene there via Neon Gold Records. We got sucked into the darkness of the love gone wrong theme, drum machine programming, shimmering synths and backing vox effects, haha. So yeah, ALL of the song as the lead vocal is stellar too! As it should be. If you love Charli XCX, Lorde and Ellie Goulding, this is a nice add to yer library! It's a free download below and here you can find the stylish but slight dizzying Logan White produced visuals to it. Enjoy! Thoughts? PS. Her label released Ellie Goulding's debut single amongst other now huge acts so she's in perfect company.

Free Download: Lary - System (Bastian Spangenberg Remix)

Say hello to Berlin based über cool Lary and that sicknin' System of hers! We've been watching the video like in a trance and cursing ourselves that we never studied German. Like WTH! When that remix kicked in right near the end we just KNEW right of the bat we'd have this on repeat all week. We're crazy about the deep house feel and that it plays like an old school dub. Plus how it seamlessly blends in elements of the original production and is almost 10 minutes long. So damn infectious and good. Genau! Thank you Raphael!
