It's very true that if something bad happens you find out who your real friends are. Sometimes the most unlikely prove to be the most supportive, and vice versa. We are in love with Emeli Sandé's My Kind Of Love off her amazing debut album Our Version Of Events. The video literally just premiered and shows Emeli and Laya Lewis from Skins spend a nice day together admist loads of sadness. Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference. A visit, a phone call, a hug. <3 Emeli! 

She says: "During my time studying medicine, I found it hard to write, but one of the things that inspired me were the patients and the interaction that they had with their loved ones during their time of illness. When people arrived at the hospital, money and status became irrelevant and only health mattered, which sparked an honesty between people which was amazing."

Emeli Sandé - Clown (Live from Air Edel)

Insanely talented Emeli Sandé has had a flying start with her debut album Our Version Of Events selling 113,319 copies in the UK the opening week. Massive! Congrats! Check out Emeli singing Clown at legendary London recording studio Air Edel. So beautiful, and the lyrics are so poignant. We feel her for sure!

Emeli Sandé - Next To Me (Mojam Remix)

Emeli Sandé will get much love from the London club circuit with this epic dancefloor filler remix from Mojam. This take on Next To Me lifts it a few more inches towards heaven with the bursting synths and layers, chopped beatsssss. We can so see people exploding when this come on! Not forgetting to mention Emeli's vocals that were made for this kind of club goodness.

Emeli Sandé - Next To Me - Video Premiere

 The wonderful Emeli Sandé just released the video to her corker of a song Next To Me. She is so talented and we have the song on repeat. She feels more like a live artist than a video one - this one is a bit non eventful to be honest. It looks like they had plenty of time to shoot it, but they could perhaps have thrown in a gospel choir or some dancing people? And maybe a storyline of some sort? Emeli laying down on a sofa miming is not all that exciting to watch, haha. Love the song tho!
