Her very awesome slow burner Elizabeth Taylor turns into a piano house jam and we call know that the real Liz T loved to p a r t y so it fits right in! There's something magical about a emotive songs that get paired with a dance beat and not to mention a powerful vocal. New gorgeous Clare Maguire was just what we needed. Her voice is stellar! Elizabeth Taylor pays tribute to overcoming hardships and being resilient - traits the real woman possessed in great amounts. Clare's vocals are so emotive and the music is just so good. Those delicate strings and the piano that really drives home the message of the song. Upcoming album Stranger Things Have Happened is out May 27 and we cannot wait.

Listening to and seeing some of the promo pictures from Clare Maguire it's easy to forget she's not even 25! So it's nice to see Ms Maguire shaking it up a bit in her new video The Shield And The Sword. We hope she can record more contemporary stuff in the future as well! Our fave review of her album Light After Dark said she sounds like Florence and The Machine giving birth to a rhino. So evil!

Clare Maguire - The Last Dance - Video Premiere

We cannot get over how wonderful Clare Maguire's voice is. It evokes a lot of emotions for sure. Clare wrote her new single The Last Dance the day after Michael Jackon's death, after hearing all the crazy comments that were circulating. And in the video that just premiered we even get a Jackson move! The album Light After Dark is out February 28th and we cannot wait to hear it.
