Britney Spears - Live @ Good Morning America

Britney released her 7th album Femme Fatale this week and headed to the Castro district in San Fransisco for a GMA special. She has a place in popculture for sure, and people love her. But WTH, we wouldn't call whatever is below for genuine performances. Bar some bits that sounds off key in Hold It Against Me her vocals are recorded and so processed. And her dancing is really wooden. We've never been huge fans, but we think Britney deserves better than to be wheeled out every other year for a tour because she's a massive money maker. Britney Spears - Till The World Ends - New Single

We are really liking these fast tracked releases from Britney Spears. Someone is moving with the times. The day after the accidental (?) leak of Till The World Ends, it's available to buy on iTunes. Perfect! The track is written by Ke$ha, produced by Max Martin and has a chorus oh oh oh moment that's guaranteed a singalong at every drunken party the next few months. Personally we think her voice is way to processed to listen to. But there's no denying it'll be a substantial hit.

It finally arrived after what feels like a million weeks of previews - Britney Spears new video Hold It Against Me. We're getting Aphex Twin Windowlicker vibes with morphing faces, something we did not expect, haha. Whoa, of course it has A LOT of product placement. Jonas Åkerlund has created a world where Britney stands in a media land of old images of herself, and to us she looks tired and slightly weird and not very happy. Airbrushed much?
