A girl's gotta suffer for fashion

The worlds most beautiful midget was voted Best Dressed Woman of the Year by Glamour Magazine. Last year she came 26th but her makeover after chemo she has found a new fan base and matured into an adult artist. Good to see that she's not trying to look 21 anymore!
Her new title makes us (almost) forget about they way she used to look.
