Our fave song that we've been blogging about since last year made it to the number one slot in the UK last Sunday. How cool is that? Robyn's 'With Every Heartbeat' is really that good! And all the remixes from the UK release kick some serious ass! And ya'll know that a song is a classic if people do covers of it!

Our hopes of the new Annie Lennox album 'Songs of Mass Destruction' are quite high after she checked me and Dexo out in Notting Hill in April. The last one 'Bare' was more than we could bare, haha. Talk about being depressed without a nice twist. We prefer to at least have some irony in our dark periods. And Annie had that during the 'Diva' period as well in some sense. 'Keep young and beautiful' etc.
Her new album is out in October, and until then watch the clip below. 'Sweet Dreams (Are made of this)' live from 2 years ago. Enjoy.

We love that Dame Shirley Bassey's latest single is a cover of P!nk's 'Get The Party Started' and that she has (of course) given it a James Bond type of flavour. And that she's hasn't edited out the lyrics 'You'll be kissing my ass'. And that she is better looking and has more sex appeal than that fucking
P!nk.
What is also cool is that Shirl is in her 70's and that she's got her own myspace and an account on youtube. Check and the vid below and then visit her online. She prob has an overworked and under paid slave that does it for her. Just like in a Bond film. Follow the links!
